Holiday Inn Northwest Arkansas, a hotel brand from InterContinental Hotels Group PLC (LSE: IHG) in Springdale, Arkansas, US, has completed a refurbishment of the property.

The hotel has completed a USD6.5m renovation as part of the Holiday Inn brand's worldwide restoration efforts.

Roger Davis, the hotel general manager, said 'Our renovated guest rooms, suites and meeting space are the largest in the Springdale area, uniquely positioning this hotel to serve transient and group business. In addition, our investment in upgrading technology in our public space and guest rooms and suites now makes us the most modern property in the market. Our contemporary guest rooms and suites now feature completely updated bathrooms and redesigned in-room work areas, as well as a 37-inch flat screen TV equipped with cable/satellite, in-room pay-per-view movies and in-room check-out and our guests will find high-speed wireless Internet access throughout the hotel.'
